Represented by Business Events Manager Denise Toldo, CICE, the Luxembourg Convention Bureau recently had the pleasure of taking part in a Lunch Partance held at Hotel Le Royal Luxembourg.

Organised by Partance, this exclusive gathering brought together a selected group of corporate buyers and MICE agencies based in Luxembourg, offering a great opportunity for meaningful exchanges in an intimate setting.

Alongside fellow suppliers, with representatives from Evian and Le Touquet, we had the chance to present our services between courses and share how the #Luxembourg Convention Bureau supports organisers in planning impactful international events in Luxembourg.

For the Luxembourg Convention Bureau, it was a valuable moment to highlight our role in supporting event organisers, from connecting them with trusted local partners to providing guidance and expertise to successfully host international events in Luxembourg.

A great opportunity to exchange, build connections and explore future collaborations. 🤝

On April 23–24, Luxembourg hosts the first Antarctic Futures Symposium at the Chambre de Commerce du Luxembourg, bringing together global experts to explore the future of polar research, an event co-organised alongside International Polar Foundation, Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and House of Sustainability.
 
At the heart of the discussions: the # 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, an ambitious project aiming to develop a next-generation, zero-emission research station in East Antarctica.
Scientists, policymakers, industry leaders and innovators will gather to exchange on key topics such as climate science, sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy and space technologies.
